Nicole was born in Halifax, raised in Hammonds Plains, attended school in Bedford and Halifax, and moved to Timberlea when she started her family. Having spent her entire life in HRM she is very familiar with the area and has a strong connection with her community. In fact, Nicole prides herself on her abilities to make connections.
Nicole believes in education and staying informed. She attends training sessions, does research and draws on the knowledge and experience of those around her. Nicole strives to absorb as much information as possible so that she can provide quality service to her clients.
Nicole understands that life can be overwhelming, but she has a truly incredible ability to handle stressful situations with ease. Nicole wants to help you by taking the stress out of any journey in real estate you may embark on, whether buying or selling, allowing you to enjoy the process and be excited about this new chapter in your life.
She is extremely enthusiastic about the charity work Exit Real Estate Professionals is involved in such as Habitat for Humanity, but the charity closest to her heart is the IWK Foundation. When her son was only seven weeks old he was admitted to the IWK, where he and Nicole lived for the next month. It was a month that would prove to be the most terrifying experience of Nicole's life. Thanks to the IWK her son is now a healthy, active little boy, who you would never think was sick a day in his life. It was an experience that had a great impact on her life which would inspire her to make donations and keep people aware of what an amazing place the IWK is because to some call it a hospital and some call it home.
Nicole had dreams to be involved in the Trade of Real Estate for many years and finally became a licensed REALTOR in 2014! So for those of you finding yourselves saying someday i will sell my house... or someday i will buy a home.. contact Nicole and she will help you Make Your Someday, Today!
