Biography
Scott Grace, Managing Associate Broker & Career Dev. Director of EXIT Real Professionals has been in the real estate business for 6 years and earned his Broker's license over 2 years ago.
He specializes in resale residential homes and condos, new construction, multi-family investment properties and commercial. His multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients and his agents. He is passionate about helping his agents to develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business ensuring all of his firm's clients receive the level of service he would provide to himself. He holds regular training and coaching sessions with his agents to ensure they are all as well trained as he is so they can serve their clients at an expert and exceptional level.
As Managing Associate Broker and Career Dev. Director, Scott is committed to providing his agents with efficient systems, leadership and training while fostering a high-energy, motivational atmosphere. The success of his agents is his success, and nothing makes him happier than to see his team succeed. He takes his responsibility as a Broker & leader seriously and has become one of the best trained in the business. He has recently received recognition as being one of the top 5 EXIT associates for company growth and development in all of Canada. He has completed training with some of the industry's leading REALTORS®, Brokers, and best known Trainers. He is equipped with the expert knowledge to guide and coach his agents in any specialty they wish to develop, and to assist his clients in all of their real estate endeavors.
Scott Grace and his office are members of the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® & The Canadian Real Estate Association(CREA). He believes that being a REALTOR® is about more than professional associations. He believes that REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work. The EXIT Realty Professionals' team helps the community by sponsoring Sackville's Fultz House Museum's Tuesday luncheon every year. (http://www.fultzhouse.ca). The brokerage prepares and serves all the food and beverages for over 150 guests. In addition, the brokerage raises money and donates to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty brokerages have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes, including one in Dartmouth, NS.
Scott is originally from Lower Sackville and continues to reside there today. His family has been a pillar in the community in the past and they continue to be an integral part of it today.
Outside of real estate, Scott spends time playing sports, reading and traveling.
Scott feels that his choice to join EXIT Realty was the best choice he could have made for his real estate career. He loves to share in the excitement when his new agents get their first deal and share the feeling of satisfaction when his agents and his office win prestigious awards. He also loves the pride that comes from knowing he helped his agents help their clients to have a great home buying or selling experience with his company. -6 years Full-Time Real Estate Experience specializing in the Sackville, Bedford & Beaver Bank Areas.
-Part of The Grace Team with over 35 years of combined Full-Time Real Estate Experience.
-Successful Completion of EXIT Realty Corp. International's in 2008.
-Recognized as being one of the top 5 EXIT associates in Canada for company growth and development in the 2010-2011 production year.
-Licensed as Managing Associate Broker of EXIT Realty Professionals with the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission since 2009.
